Having studied Business and Psychology at Aston University, Adam finished in 1995 with an excellent degree, great memories and an early exposure to a variety of personal development tools. His insatiable curiosity led him to study many areas of personal change and he became a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy and Master Hypnotherapist within a few years of graduating.
Adam started his career by undertaking the Sears Professional Management Programme, applying NLP tools to implementing customer loyalty projects across the retail group. Having completed the programme and over-achieved, he was headhunted by Liberty as Organisation Development Manager. Adam led a large scale communication and culture change programme, applying organisational values to product selection, people management and customer service.
In 1998 he joined CEDAR International, a training and consulting firm, where he gained early exposure to a large variety of blue chip clients. Adam became the firm’s specialist in leading management development and career management training. He also coached executives from Manager to Chairman level on personal impact and leadership.
Adam Sprackling has been part of the NLP World structure for many years now. His unique love of people and change-work has been part of the success that has people coming back to this company because they feel the intimate connection and the individual attention put on them. He also has a similar vision to Terry in creating empowering networks that continues even after your training ends.
Adam has been developing and delivering leading edge NLP based change interventions in the public and private sector for over 15 years.
In 2003 Adam joined NLP World and has since enjoyed great success applying NLP in the Public Sector. Adam has been facilitating a wide range of process integration and communication events across HMRC, achieving the merger targets of 30% cost base reduction.
Training/Facilitation Example: “Communicating in Change” programme, HMRC
This facilitated workshop applies NLP skills to solving live communication issues. It runs over two half days for a maximum of eight people per event. Adam’s pilot of these events over the last six months has been so successful at changing behaviours that he is training a large team of internal facilitators for organisation-wide roll out.

She was new to the post and had inherited a fractious team. She was expecting to be coached over four weeks to establish the team. After just two hours of coaching, she had a congruent strategy for her entire team and was so confident, that this was the only coaching she needed.
